Before we talk about cameras, content, posting, or going Live, we start with you.
 
Through eight powerful modules, we explore the connection between self-awareness and visibility: your triggers, desires, interests, relationships, personal style, childhood conditioning, emotional patterns, temperament, boundaries, and the environments in which you feel most comfortable expressing yourself.
 
Because sometimes the question isn’t “How do I become more confident?” The better question is:
 
“Who am I when no one is watching—and how do I bring more of her forward when people are?”
 
You’ll learn how to recognize what naturally interests you, identify the stories and conversations you’re drawn to, understand what may be causing you to hold back, and determine what kind of visibility actually fits your personality and nervous system.
We also explore the practical side of being seen: choosing topics that align with your temperament, understanding the culture surrounding those topics, deciding which conversations belong on your platform, establishing boundaries around comments and opinions, and learning that you are never obligated to give everyone access to you simply because you chose to become visible.
